Request Account Deletion
To request the data deletion of your account, please follow these steps:
Open the App on your device.
Navigate to the My Account section by clicking on the Side MenuDrawer’s My Account Menu for the user then click on the Delete Account button.
Confirm to permanently delete your account.
Your account will be deleted permanently.
What types of Data are Deleted on App?
Upon account deletion request from the user, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:
- Personal Information: Name, Email Address, and any other identifiable information provided during account creation.
- Usage Data: Any usage data linked to your account, including but not limited to preferences, settings, and history.
- User-Generated Content: Any content, such as comments or uploads, done by the user.
- – Connection Logs: IP addresses and device information associated with your account.
Data Retention Period
We retain user data immediately after the account deletion request. All personal and identifiable information, usage data, and user-generated content will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Exceptions in Data Retention
Certain data may be retained if required by law or if it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
